BNI Mercury member Tomas Bendžaitis, who represents Logi Prefab (Advero), has renewed his membership in our chapter! We are happy to have another year of important business contacts together. We thank Tomas for his contribution to the growth of our chapter, and today, we invite you to look at his business journey and find out what value he gets from being part of BNI Mercury.
Advero and Logi Prefab – 12 years of leadership and growth
Tomas has been involved in the business world for over 20 years, and Advero (of which Tomas’ Logi Prefab brand is a part) is now in its 12th year. “Advero was born as a holding company to manage all the projects we develop,” says Tomas when asked about the birth of his business. Logi Prefab is a successful company, not only in Lithuania but also in Scandinavia, and it is active in the production and construction of prefabricated, modular, and timber-framed houses and panels.
Why BNI Mercury? Tomas says: “Membership of this chapter has given me even more opportunities. The Mercury Chapter is Tomas’ first and only choice for BNI, and he is now in his second year of membership. T. Bendžaitis says that he chose BNI Mercury because of the export opportunities, the strong team and the special atmosphere of the chapter. “Export, team, vibe” is how he describes the main reasons why BNI Mercury was the right choice for his business.
The value of membership: rapid progress and partnerships
Being a member of BNI Mercury has brought Tomas many valuable connections that have helped his business move forward. The BNI network has opened doors to new business opportunities and accelerated the development of some projects. “The biggest benefit is the contacts we generate at each meeting. The best thing that could have happened was that I found a partner for one of the projects – Logi Prefab. The business started moving forward twice as fast,” says Tomas.
Looking back on his first business breakfast, Tomas recalls with a smile: “I was shy. I thought, what kind of sect is this?”. However, he soon realised this was an excellent opportunity to build solid and long-lasting relationships and business partnerships that would lead to growth.
“My goal is to be more disciplined, and my promise to my colleagues is to get more involved in the chapter.” In this way, he plans to strengthen his business and contribute to the chapter’s growth.
What does Tomas wish for the readers of this article?
“Every business is like a plant: from a small seed, with the right care and effort, a powerful tree grows. My business is not just about products or services. It is an expression of the trust of every customer. I believe that every meeting and every collaboration grows us together. So, I invite you to join me on my business journey, where courage, continuous improvement and your satisfaction are the key drivers of growth. Together, we can do more! BNI :)”.
