BNI Mercury Export Club is delighted to introduce a new member – Marius Liutkus, who represents AZ-Pack, a company that is developing its brand not only in Lithuania, but also throughout Europe and Africa. Marius is an enterprising and internationally minded entrepreneur who seeks to grow his business at BNI Mercury Club and build strong relationships with other members. His participation will undoubtedly strengthen our internationally minded business community.
AZ-Pack’s experience and consistent growth
AZ-Pack started out as a specialized packaging manufacturer and reseller. Over time, the company expanded, focusing on high-quality products, modern solutions, and partnerships with major foreign retailers. Although AZ-Pack is based in Lithuania, its operations are international, and its customers are a wide range of companies in various countries.
Marius believes that flexibility, the ability to respond quickly to changes, and genuine customer relations are the foundation of long-term business. This approach helps him not only to retain existing customers but also to constantly discover new markets.
Why did Marius choose BNI Mercury?
Marius learned about the BNI Mercury club from one of his trusted business partners, Agnė Armonaitė, sales manager at NTG. She encouraged him to consider joining a community based on cooperation, growth, and trust.

Marius’ first month at the BNI Mercury club was full of new experiences, but also pleasant discoveries. He was particularly surprised by how seriously even a new member’s comments and suggestions are taken. This is a clear sign of teamwork and respect. “I am most pleased that your comments or advice about the chapter’s activities are taken very seriously and often implemented – this shows strong and equal teamwork,” Marius shares.
The most important BNI value – building relationships
Of all the values of BNI, the one closest to Marius is relationship building. In his opinion, in today’s society, which is often dominated by superficiality, genuine and sincere connections are becoming increasingly valuable. “In this chapter, you see real people – with their experiences and client circles, with their insights and advice. Building relationships and expanding your worldview is part of being a successful person,” he says.
Marius’ wish for future members
When asked what his motto in life and business is, Marius replies: “Your client will only truly be YOURS when you know the name of their dog.” This phrase accurately reflects his approach to customer relations – only care and personal connection create long-term value.
He wishes future BNI members patience, engagement, freedom of thought, and communicativeness. These are four qualities that will help them not only successfully integrate into the community, but also grow within it as people, entrepreneurs, and partners.
